I pledge to dip my poor body into that lake! Have been practicing jumping into the lake in cold weather for years now and it's about time I did something useful with that impulse! Make an honest woman of me!
During this topsy turvy time the place at 518 has upgraded and put in equiptment for people who support each other in recovery can look at and talk to each other whether we are on site or at home on the couch or even in new mexico. so thanks! help me raise a little money for their operating costs.
Since this is a challenge I'll tell you what my challenge is, because it's not the cold water. It's doing anything that involves discomfort in front of people. getting off my couch and going somewhere and being uncomfortable. UGH. but I'm ready to take one on the chin for 518!!!
Oh and the team name "the BIG DIPPERS!" refers to our celestial bodies and is not a reference to our current state of roundliness- we are body positive for all bodies large and small, heavenly and earthy alike!
